The beer menu
Four beers.
No side quests.
Everything we can, on the bar and in the fridge. Pick a favourite and defend it at the long table.
- £4.20 / 440 mlPale Ale 4.2%
Citrus, biscuit, and a finish so clean it files its own paperwork. The one you order without thinking.
- £5.60 / 440 mlWest Coast IPA 6.8%
Pine and grapefruit at a volume the whole street can hear. It is not sorry.
- £5.10 / 440 mlOatmeal Stout 5.1%
Smooth, dark, and full of details you only notice on the second read.
- £5.40 / 440 mlRaspberry Sour 4.4%
Sharp, pink, and a bad influence. Gets on famously with everyone we warned you about.

The process
How it's made, roughly.
Four steps, three of which are waiting. We've been doing this since 2017 and are almost certain we know why it works.
Mash
Hot water meets malted barley and steeps for an hour. Like tea, if tea could win a fight.
60 min · 66°CBoil
The hops go in and the opinions start. Different beers, different hops, same argument.
90 min · rollingFerment
The yeast does the actual work while we stand about with clipboards, taking credit.
14 days · 19°CCan
Sealed, labelled and in the fridge before we get attached. Freshest at the taproom, obviously.

Visit
The beer's fresher here.
The taproom pours everything we make, a fortnight fresher than anywhere else, with the brewers on the wrong side of the bar most Fridays.
