Refund policy
Last updated: September 2026
In short
Change your mind within 14 days and an individual product is refunded in full, provided its code has not been viewed or downloaded. Section passes and The Vault are reviewed case by case within the same 14 days. Anything faulty or not as described is put right at any time. Contact us to ask. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
If your purchase is not what you expected, contact us within 14 days. What we can do depends on how much of the code you have already seen, so the rules below are written in terms of access rather than intent.
Immediate supply
These are digital products delivered instantly. By paying, you ask us to supply them immediately, and you get access to the code as soon as the payment succeeds. That is what the line above the payment button on the checkout page means. Asking for immediate supply is what starts the clock on the rules below; it does not remove your statutory rights.
Individual products
- Contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund a product you have changed your mind about, provided its premium source code has not been viewed or downloaded
- Once the source has been viewed or downloaded, a change-of-mind refund is no longer available, because the product has been supplied in full
- Contact us anyway if something is wrong. Genuine problems are reviewed fairly and are covered by the "faulty or not as described" rules below
Section passes and The Vault
- Contact us within 14 days of purchase
- Change-of-mind refunds on access products are considered case by case, at our discretion. We take into account how many premium products you have viewed or downloaded, when, and what you tell us about why the purchase is not right for you
- As a guide, a request made after looking at a small number of products may be considered; one made after substantial access to the catalogue will not be, because the product has by then been supplied
Faulty or not as described
If a product is faulty, or is materially not what the live demo and product page showed, we will fix it, replace it, or refund it, whichever is appropriate. The 14-day window and the access rules above do not apply to this: they cover changing your mind, not us getting it wrong.
What a refund does
A refund revokes your access and terminates the licence for whatever was refunded. You must stop using the refunded code and delete your copies of it. Anything else you have bought is unaffected. Refunded orders stay visible in your Library, marked as refunded.
If the price of an individual purchase has already been credited against a section pass or The Vault you bought afterwards, that credit is deducted from the refund, so the access product ends up costing what it would have cost on its own. A refund of the access product itself does not restore the credit that was spent on it.
How to ask
Contact us from, or quoting, the email address you used at checkout, and say what you bought and what went wrong. We aim to reply within two working days.
Approved refunds go back to the payment method you paid with, through Stripe, which usually takes another five to ten days to appear on your statement. We do not refund to a different card or account.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Who this policy is with
GSAP Vault is operated by JD, trading as GSAP Vault, in the United Kingdom. Stripe processes the payment on our behalf. Your licence and your relationship with the site are with JD.
