License Grant

When you purchase an effect from GSAP Vault, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the effect in your projects under the following terms:

• You may use each purchased effect in one (1) commercial end product
• You may use effects in unlimited personal/non-commercial projects
• You may modify the effect code to suit your project needs
• The license is granted to you personally and cannot be transferred to another person or entity

What You Can Do

• Use the effect as many times as you like within one commercial project (website, app, SaaS)
• Modify, adapt, and customize the effect code for your specific needs
• Use the effect in unlimited personal projects, prototypes, and learning exercises

What You Cannot Do

• Resell the effect code on its own, whether modified or unmodified
• Include in templates or themes sold on marketplaces without an Extended License
• Include in UI kits, component libraries, or code snippet collections for sale or free distribution
• Share, sublicense, or transfer your license to another person or company
• Use in multiple different projects with a Standard License (upgrade to Extended for unlimited projects)
• Claim ownership of the original effect code or design

Multiple Projects

With a Standard License, each license covers one project. If you're building three client websites that each use the same effect, you need three Standard licenses—or one Extended License which covers unlimited projects.

Bulk Discount

Buy 2, get 1 free applies to standard effect licenses only. Add 3 or more standard effects to your cart and the discount is applied automatically. Extended licenses and templates do not qualify for this discount. This offer may be modified or removed at any time at our discretion.

All-Access Bundle

The All-Access Bundle (£49) is a one-time purchase that grants a standard license for all current and future premium effects.

• Each effect under the bundle carries a standard license (one commercial project per effect)
• Future effects added to the catalog are automatically included at no additional cost
• The bundle is a one-time purchase, not a subscription
• The bundle is non-transferable and tied to one account
• The bundle price may increase as more effects are added to the catalog. Your purchase locks in access at the price paid
• The "buy 2 get 1 free" discount does not apply when purchasing the bundle
• Extended licenses for individual effects can be purchased separately if needed for unlimited commercial projects or theme inclusion
• No credit or refund is provided for effects previously purchased individually

Extended License

The Extended License (£49 per effect) gives you:

• Unlimited commercial projects — use across all your client sites, apps, and SaaS products
• One sellable product — include in one theme/template sold on marketplaces (ThemeForest, Creative Market, etc.)

If you sell multiple themes that each use the same effect, you need a separate Extended License for each theme. You still cannot resell the effect code on its own.

Template License

Templates are complete page designs that include layout, navigation, footer, and coordinated animation effects. They are priced differently from individual effects:

• Standard Template License (£29): Use in one commercial project.
• Extended Template License (£149): Unlimited commercial projects + include in one sellable theme.

Templates follow the same usage restrictions as effects—no redistribution of source code, no sublicensing. The "buy 2 get 1 free" discount does not apply to templates.

Technical Skill Requirements

GSAP Vault effects are designed for developers who are comfortable working with code. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• Effects require working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Integration into your project may require adapting the code to fit your specific setup, framework, or build system
• We provide clean, well-documented code and LLM-friendly comments to assist with customization, but we cannot provide implementation support for your specific project
• You are responsible for testing and debugging within your own environment

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the products, we do not offer refunds once you have accessed the effect code. This includes cases where:

• You are unable to integrate the effect into your project
• The effect requires more customization than expected
• Your technical skill level differs from what is required

We may consider refunds at our discretion if an effect contains a genuine bug that prevents it from functioning as demonstrated, and we are unable to provide a fix.

Intellectual Property

All effects remain the intellectual property of GSAP Vault. Your purchase grants you a license to use the effect, not ownership of the underlying code or design. You may not claim the effect as your own original work.

No Warranty

Effects are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that effects will be compatible with all browsers, frameworks, or environments. While we strive to provide high-quality, well-tested code, you are responsible for testing effects in your specific environment.

Accessibility & Responsiveness

We strive to build effects and templates that work across devices and respect accessibility preferences:

• Effects include prefers-reduced-motion support where applicable
• Templates are designed with responsive layouts in mind
• However, we do not guarantee full WCAG compliance or perfect responsiveness across all devices and screen sizes
• You are responsible for testing and adapting effects/templates for your specific accessibility and responsive requirements

Service Availability & File Access

GSAP Vault provides access to purchased effects through your account Library. However:

• No guarantee of perpetual access: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.
• Download responsibility: You are responsible for downloading and maintaining your own copies of purchased effects. We strongly recommend downloading effects promptly after purchase.
• No hosting obligation: We are not obligated to host, store, or provide access to effect files indefinitely.
• Service discontinuation: In the event we discontinue the service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice, but cannot guarantee continued file access after discontinuation.

Your license to use purchased effects remains valid regardless of service availability, provided you have downloaded the files.

Limitation of Liability

GSAP Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the effects. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the effect(s) in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of purchased effects after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Some images used on the GSAP Vault website and in effect demos are sourced from Unsplash under their free license. These images are used for demonstration purposes only and are not included in purchased effect downloads. You are responsible for sourcing your own images for use in your projects.
